Great Harvest Bread

Afternoon Tea at the Bakery
All the tea we serve at the bakery is loose leaf, imported from Metropolitan Tea based in Toronto Canada and packaged at the source wherever that may be worldwide!  We love serving it to you in our ceramic pots, or will prepare it correctly in ceramic and transfer it in brewed perfection to a to-go cup if you prefer.  We plan monthly Afternoon Tea events which allow us to showcase our freshly baked products as an appropriate side to this gloriously versatile beverage loved the world over.  Try some freshly steeped tea or take Afternoon Tea with us soon!

Sisters Sweet Shop Macarons
We are so proud to partner with Sisters Sweet Shop for the Macarons we serve with our Afternoon Tea.  This is the only baked product we serve not baked here by us personally.  We know their standard and the quality of their product and know that you will be as delighted with these lovely light little treats as we are.  Usually we have some available to add a la carte  to your tea menu or to take home with you.
Tea to go
Whenever we do an Afternoon Tea event (generally once a month) you may order it "to go" and receive it wrapped in individual servings in a box.  We will bag your tea for you to steep at home in either a large six cup portion or smaller 2 cup portions.  You may have one small portion per serving of Afternoon Tea.
Tea to go for one

This recipe is an interesting take on classic polenta using Great Harvests 9-Grain Cereal Mix. Instead of just corn, you get the nutritional benefits of red wheat berries, rye, flax, barley and more.
Wonderful perched atop almost any Great Harvest savory bread, this simple yet delicious appetizer pops with the bright flavors of the Mediterranean diet and is incredibly healthy.
One of the most beloved breakfast dishes of all time, Eggs Benedict, gets a new twist by being perched atop slices of Great Harvest Dakota or Nine Grain Bread instead of the ho-hum English muffin.
This elegantly creamy soup resonates with the rich fall flavors of apples, caramelized onions, and roasted squash.
